Recentemente neste blog http://macua.blogs.com/moambique_para_todos/2010/12/renamo-programas-pol%C3%ADticos-esclarecimento.html, houve uma série de comentários que versaram sobre questões relacionadas com programas políticos da Renamo.
Num desses comentários falava-se sobre a existência de uma proposta de programa político da Renamo o qual, contrariando o programa original deste movimento, advogava a introdução da pena de morte no quadro jurídico moçambicano.
O “Moçambique para Todos” obteve a cópia de um “Political Action Programme” impresso em papel timbrado da Renamo, Departamento de Informação da Renamo, e datado de 12 de Janeiro de 1987.
No Capítulo VII, sobre Justiça, lê-se na alínea d) que
“Ninguém será privado da vida ou de bens sem que seja mediante um processo legal justo.”
O texto original em inglês da alínea atrás citada, diz:
“Nobody will be deprived of life or property without the due process of law.”
